Randolph edges Pequannock; Morris Knolls, Jefferson win


Max Pinilis scored four goals including the game-winner with one minute remaining in regulation to spark Randolph to a 13-12 win over Pequannock.

Matt Holland and Jake Southren each fired hat tricks and Matt Potter had a goal and two assists for the 3-0 Rams.

Dan Duffy had four goals and Liam Lilienthal had three goals and three assists for the Golden Panthers (0-3)

Morris Knolls 5, Johnson Regional 3

Shane Dougherty had a hat trick for the Golden Eagles. Peter Campbell and Andrew Yenesel added goals and goalkeeper Chris Bartel stopped nine shots for Morris Knolls (3-0).

Jefferson 7, Phillipsburg 5

Ian Prezwodek had a hat trick to propel the Falcons. Peter Chrzaowski had two goals and two assists and Trevor Rozmus and Zak Sparks added goals for Jefferson.

Park Regional 15, Morris Catholic 1

Kevin Göettlich, Cole Giammanco and Jake Crane scored five goals each for Park.

Mount Olive 9, Pope John 2

Griffen Shira and David Baraniuk had hat tricks and Jackson Tilves had two goals for the Marauders (2-1).

Sparta 16, Roxbury 7

The Spartans led 7-4 at the half.

Montville 9, Wayne Valley 7

The Mustangs gain their first win of the season. Alec Lewis and Graham Jesperson had two goals and one assist each for Montville. Tom Ackaway and Dan Ackaway scored two goals each for the Mustangs (1-2).

Northern Highlands 10, Kinnelon 3

Josh Brosmia, Mike Elefonte and Will Spreen each connected for the Colts.

Clifton 6, Morris Hills 2

The Knights drop to 1-2.

Mountain Lakes 10, Glen Ridge 7

The Lakers are 2-1. Brendan Monteleone and Chris Boyhan fired hat tricks and Cade Siddron had two goals and two assists. The contest was tied at 5-5 at the half.

Chatham 9, West Morris 2

Austin Pierce and Mac Bredahl had hat tricks to spark the Cougars. Ryan Decker added two goals and goalie Matt Nestler stopped seven shots for Chatham. Cooper Sloan and Eric Moore connected for the Wolfpack.

Delbarton 19, Mendham 0

Keegan Khan had four goals and one assist and Michael Rutter had three goals and three assists for the Green Wave.
