Mendham, Madison girls, Delbarton boys prevail

Christine Long scored five times to lift Mendham to an 18-15 win over Glen Ridge in girls lacrosse action on Tuesday.

Carlye Maita and Christine Graziano scored four goals each and Carrie Speicher had two goals and three assists for the Minutemen. Mendham is 6-5 on the season.

Madison 21, Kinnelon 14

Catherine Crowley scored seven goals to pace the Dodgers. McKenzie Rambusch scored four times and Lauren Taylor added a hat trick for Madison.  Victoria Bobinski had five goals and three assists, Ashley Bobinski had three goals and two assists and Jamie Lewit had two goals and two assists for the Colts.

Westfield 8, Mountain Lakes 7

Sarah Bedard, Rachel Treweeke and Natalie LaBeau had two goals apiece and Hannah Cronk also connected for the Lakers. Mountain Lakes is 3-7.

Morris Knolls 19, Mount St. Dominic’s 7

Krista Mitarotonda had five goals and doled out two assists for the Golden Eagles Bridget Francisco and Emily Blum had hat tricks and Kate Wells and Kelly Huber had two goals each.

Jefferson 12, Montville 6

Kendra Nolan had four goals and two assists to pace the Falcons. Jenna Prezwodek added a hat trick and Brianna Sekula had two goals and two assists. Julia LoBasso scored four times for the Mustangs.

Villa Walsh 12, Randolph 10

The Vikings are 5-4. Victoria Esposito had a hat trick and Victoria Colledge, Annie Collett and Katie Kelly had two goals each for Villa Walsh. Taralyn Nasloski registered five goals for the Rams.

Boys Lacrosse 

Delbarton 10, West Morris 4

Andrew Ford had four goals and Keegan Khan had a hat trick for the Green Wave. Reid Shaffer added two goals and one assist and Troy Hanlon contributed one goal and two assists for Delbarton.The Green Wave led 5-1 at the half. Kyle Skurchak and Cooper Sloan had a goal and an assist each for the Wolfpack.

Boonton 16, Newton 10

The win evened the Bombers record at 5-5.  Joe Norton had four goals and one assist and Austen Van Zant had three goals and two assists for Boonton.
