Mountain Lakes girls earn first win

Rachel Treweeke scored four goals to lift Mountain Lakes to a 9-6 win over Mendham in girls lacrosse on Tuesday.

After starting 0-6 against tough competition, the Lakers break through with a victory. Rachel Treweeke scored four goals and Granger Rosati scored twice. Charley Orner had a goal and two assists and Natalie LaBeau and Sarah Monteleone also connected.  The Lakers rallied from an early 3-1 deficit to earn the win. Christine Long scored four times and Meri Curtin and Christine Graziano scored goals for Mendham

Roxbury 11, Caldwell 10, OT

The overtime win lifts the Gaels to 5-2. Emma Karnitsky had five goals and two assists. Chelsea Artigliere fired a hat trick and Emily Koepfler added a pair of goals for Roxbury

Verona 13, Morristown 12

The Hillbillies rallied in the final two minutes to surpass the Colonials. Callie Sundin had three goals and two assists and Allie Ferrara scored twice and had four assists for Morristown.

The Colonials drop to 4-4

West Morris 12, Mount Olive 9

The Wolfpack is 3-4. Mackenzle Metzler scored five goals and Cassidy Orban added four more for West Morris. Sarah McEvoy led the Marauders with four goals and Gina Verrone had two goals and two assists. West Morris had a narrow 4-3 edge at the half.

Villa Walsh 17, Kinnelon 10

Caroline Hetzel and Victoria Esposito each scored four times to fuel the Vikings’ win. Katie Kelly had a hat trick and Katie Mulcahy had two goals and two assists for Villa Walsh. Ashly Bobinski had five goals and Talia Price added four goals for Kinnelon.

Sparta 17, Madison 15

Laney Rutland, Kaitlyn DaSilva and Kaitlyn Haney each fired hat tricks and McKenzie Rambusch had two goals and an assist for the Dodgers (3-4).

Randolph 11, Pequannock 7

Taralyn Naslonski fired a hat trick to power the Rams. Kelly McGinniss, Jillan Fantuzzi and Brynn Fantuzzi each notched a pair of goals for Randolph (6-2). Danielle Musto scored four times Arden Kassaleh had a hat trick for the Golden Panthers.
