W.Morris throttles Mendham in Pooley Trophy game


Jeremy Angle scored five goals and Ryan Muscatella added four to lift West Morris to a 13-6 victory over Mendham in the Pooley Trophy game on Tuesday.

Cooper Sloan and Matt Pruss scored two goals apiece and Matt Carfaro added three assists for the Wolfpack (10-7). A 4-goal second quarter gave West Morris a 6-2 advantage at the half. Drew Robshaw scored twice to pace the Minutemen (7-8).

Morristown-Beard 19, Park Regiional 3

Thomas Rago scored nine goals and Teddy Hatfield had nine assists in the Crimson rout. Trevor Baptiiste had a goal and two assists and won all 19 face-offs he attempted.

Montville 10, Mahwah 9, 2OT

Tyler Chin scored four goals and Bryan Collazo had three for the Mustangs. Will Robey dished nine assists for Montville (10-7).

Morris Knolls 10, Hightstown 7

Shane Dougherty had a hat trick and Andrew Yenesel and Sean Lorenz had two goals apiece for the Golden Eagles (9-8).

Chatham 7, Bridgewater-Raritan 3

David Gill had three goals and two assists for the Cougars. Scott Lynch scored twice and Austin Pierce and Rich Berger also tallied for Chatham (13-6).

Fair Lawn 15, Jefferson 12

Pat Harsanyi fired a hat trick. Matt Bush and Trevor Rozmus scored twice for the Falcons (7-11).

Montclair Kimberley 13, Madison 4

Sean Casey scored twice and Vin Sapio and Scott Taylor added goals for the Dodgers (4-12).



Villa Walsh 14, Bernards 13

Victoria Colledge scored the game-winning goal with 19 seconds left in regulation to lift the Vikings. Christina Pallitto scored six goals including the 100th goal of her varsity career. Taylor Medd had three goals and Kelly Holt added two goals for Villa Walsh (12-5).

Mount Olive 13, St Elizabeth 2

Sarah McEvoy scored five times and Claire Callaghan added four goals for the Marauders (11-4).

Morris Hills 14, Passaic Valley 7

Kyleigh Miller scored seven goals and seven of her teammates also tallied for the Scarlet Knights (5-9).

Morris Catholic 20, Morristown 16

The Crusaders prevail in a shootout. Taylor Shannahan had five goals and Haley Driscoll and Rachel Mills registered four goals apiece for Morris Catholic (13-6). Maddy Heher scored four goals and Meghan Siverson and Casey O’Brien had hat tricks for the Colonials (12-6).
