WMC, Mo-Beard boys, ML, Jefferson girls keep rolling


Ryan Muscatella fired a hat trick to lift West Morris to a 15-5 triumph over Pequannock in boys lacrosse action on Saturday.

Matt Carfaro had two goals and six assists and Jeremy Angle, Ryan Antonelli and Connor Sloan each scored twice for the Wolfpack (6-5).

Dan Duffy scored a pair of goals and Liam Lilienthal, Tyler Macejka and Andrew Marra also tallied for the Golden Panthers. West Morris took control early and built a 7-2 first-quarter lead.

Morristown-Beard 20, Roxbury 15

The unbeaten Crimson built an 8-2 first-quarter advantage and never let up.

Teddy Hatfield had eight goals and four assists, Thomas Rago had five goals and two assists and midfielder Trevor Baptiste grabbed 30 ground balls to go with his four goals. Morristown-Beard is 11-0.

Mountain Lakes 13, Don Bosco Prep 5

The Lakers led 6-1 at the half and slowly pulled away. Brad Smith had four goals and Zach Lesko and Davis Thompson each scored a pair and Zander Kotsen had a goal and three assists for Mountain Lakes (10-2).

Delbarton 14, Fairfield Prep (Ct) 8

The Green Wave is 7-2 on the season.

Kinnelon 9, Montclair 8

Robert Lewis and Joe Neggia fired hat tricks and Michael Elefonte had two goals and three assists for the Colts (6-3). Kinnelon led 7-5 after three quarters and held on for the triumph.

Morris Knolls 9, West Orange 5

Sean Statlander and Sean Lorenz fired hat tricks and Andrew Yanesa connected twice for the Golden Eagles (6-6). Morris Knolls led 6-1 at the half.

Summit 11, Mendham 6

Will Robinson and Drew Robshaw scored three goals apiece to pace the Minutemen against one of the state’s best teams. The Hilltoppers rallied from a 6-5 deficit with six fourth-quarter goals.

West Milford 10, Jefferson 2

Kyle Jorgenson and Trevor Rozmus connected for the Falcons.


Mountain Lakes 13, Clearview 11

Jackie Perry scored four goals to pace the Lakers in a road triumph. Victoria Kalamaras also scored four goals and Nicole Kalamaras scored twice. The Lakers rallied from a 7-3 halftime deficit. Mountain Lakes is 12-1 on the season.

Jefferson 15, Mount Olive 5

Kara Hodapp and Danielle Pini had four goals and three assists each to spark the unbeaten Falcons. Gina Laganella and Brianna Sekula also added a pair of goals for Jefferson (10-0). Sarah McEvoy scored four times for the Marauders. Jefferson led 9-2 at the half.

Rumson 14, Mendham 6

Rumson led 7-2 at the half. Becky Gohsler, Carlye Maita and Carrie Speicher scored two goals apiece for the Minutemen.

West Milford 13, Morris Hills 8

Kellyann Gangaware had two goals and an assist for the Scarlet Knights.

Immaculate Heart 18, Morristown 14

Maddy Heher scored four goals and Casey O’Brien had three goals and four assists and Allie Ferrara had a hat trick for the Colonials. IHA led 10-7 at the half and held on for the win.
