Roxbury, Mountain Lakes, Pequannock girls prosper


Amanda Beal had three goals and two assists and Katie Cikovsky and Jamie Kendelski fired hat tricks to lift Roxbury to a 12-10 victory over Morris Knolls on Wednesday. Jacie Cooper had three goals and Stephanie Hughes and Krista Mitarotonda scored two goals each for the Golden Eagles. The teams were tied at 7-all at the half.

Mountain Lakes 17, Ridgewood 11

Victoria Kalamaras had five goals and two assists, Meredith Newfrock had four goals and two assists and Nicole Kalamaras fired a hat trick for the Lakers. Mountain Lakes led 10-5 at the half during the road victory.

Pequannock 18, Mount St. Dominic 13

Five-goal performances by Arden Kassaleh, Danielle Musto and Alyssa Tachon field the Golden Panthers’ triumph. Pequannock led 11-8 at the half and maintained an advantage the rest of the way.

Morristown 14, Columbia 4

Allie Ferrara had five goals and three assists to spark the Colonials. Casey O’Brien added three goals and five assists for Morristown. The Colonials led 10-3 at the half.

Madison 9, Villa Walsh 8

Michelle Montagna scored four goals and Ali Goret and Brynn Taylor scored two goals each for the Dodgers. Christina Pallitto and Victoria Colledge had hat tricks for the Vikings. Madison led 5-2 at the half.

Mendham 19, West Morris 9

Christine Graziano had four goals and three assists and Becky Gohsler had three goals and three assists for the Minutemen. Mendham led 10-4 at the half. Carrie Speicher, Christine Long and Amanda Robshaw had hat tricks for Mendham. Sydney Sapir scored four times for West Morris.

Randolph 16, Montville 14

Kelly McGinniss scored six goals to fuel the Rams triumph. Dana Shalit scored three goals and dished four assists and Carly Whitman and Lindsey Klein added two goals each. Nicole Dvoretsky had eight goals and two assists for the Mustangs.

Chatham 14, Glen Ridge 12, OT

Maddy Bowles and Maggie O’Neill scored four goals each and Bridget Ballard added three goals and three assists for the Cougars. A late goal by the Ridgers tied the game at 11-all and send it to overtime.

Morris Catholic 13, Sparta 9

Taylor Shannahan had three goals and two assists and Rosie Dimaggio and Rachel Mills fired hat tricks for the Crusaders. Morris Catholic led 7-5 at the half.

Montclair 11, Kinnelon 9

Ashley Bobinski and Talia Price fired hat tricks for the Colts. Montclair led 8-4 at the half.

Cranford 21, Morristown-Beard 20

Alissa Masini scored seven times and Chelsea Kramer and Jill Burke connected for four goals each for the Crimson. Both teams scored 14 second-half goals.


Mount Olive 14, Mahwah 7

Mark Laratta had five goals and two assists to fuel the Marauders’ triumph. Matthew Sanchez had three goals and one assist and Alec Oriolo had one goal and three assists.
