Mount Olive boys, Jefferson girls remain unbeaten

Eric Weiss had three goals and one assist to lift Mount Olive to an 11-6 triumph over Morris Knolls in boys lacrosse action on Wednesday.

Chris Sanchez had one goal and four assists for the unbeaten Marauders which led 7-4 at the half. Jon Engels fired a hat trick for the Golden Eagles (3-4). Mount Olive improves to 6-0.

St. Peter’s Prep 10, Morristown-Beard 7

Andrew Callahan fired a hat trick and Trevor Baptiste had two goals and two assists for the Crimson (3-4).

Bernards 13, Randolph 9

Kevin Terebecke scored four goals and Stefan Tamminga notched a pair for the Rams (2-5).

Chatham 8, Westfield 6

The Cougars improve to 5-2. Cristof Strunc and David Gill scored two goals apiece. Rich Berger and Chet McLaughlin added one goal and one assist each for Chatham.

Girls Lacrosse

Jefferson 19, Lenape Valley 5

Darby Nolan scored seven goals to pace the unbeaten Falcons. Danielle Pini had six goals and two assists and Kara Hodapp had five goals and four assists for Jefferson (8-0). The Falcons took control early and led 11-3 at the half.

Livingston 14, Hanover Regional 4

Melissa Wamp scored twice for Park (3-4).
